I have had the pleasure of working with Kristen as a fellow professional in the field of therapeutic healing. Kristen is a compassionate and empathetic individual who is well versed in her knowledge and natural skills as a counsellor. More than that, she has a natural and easy way of making one feel comfortable and safe along the journey of healing, whatever that may look like for each individual. I highly recommend her counselling services if you want someone who is professional, genuine, and will work with you to develop a plan that fits your needs.

The counselor, Kristen, is highly skilled and committed to bringing wellness to the community. She one of the most empathetic and compassionate counselors I have come across, and she has a substantial success rate with clients. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Kristen is a dynamic, empathic, and holistically oriented clinician. As a fellow therapist I feel very confident recommending Kristen's services to those seeking out counselling in Nanaimo and the surrounding areas.
