Heather has really helped me get my life and my nutrition back on track. I've had a rough year of injuries which lead to a lack of overall motivation. I went to Heather for help with my nutrition and she has exceeded my expectations. She pays very close attention to details and she has been able to coach me through the ups and downs. She has taught me so much about proper nutritional fueling for performance and she has always been very quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I would recommend Heather to anybody and everybody who wants to perform at a higher level. Thanks Heather!
