Stay Away.... One of their workers had me labeled an insane, junkie, wacho, without ever even meeting me based off of a telephone game type of slander. Text Book Proxy Recruitment. This led to a General Practitioner Mike Magier New Denver, with the assistance of the local RCMP, to drug me against my will on 2 separate occasions. There is no legislation giving a GP the right to force anyone to take drugs. In extreme cases a mental health specialist not a GP can sign a certificate to have a patient admitted and if a second specialist supports it than maybe they could. This never happened in my case. Dr. Magier was actually charged in this matter in the fall of 2012. At this point in fact I had never seen a mental health specialist in my life. Nelson Mental Health and Addictions is aware of these facts regarding patient rights and various legislation but they choose to support their co-workers negligence and breach of patient rights. It prevented me from obtaining unbiased services from this clinic. I eventually saw an independent psychologist for the purpose of seeking CBT for PTSD caused by the above events. He never suspected I was what Nelson Mental Health and Addictions were influenced to think of me. As it stands I have a legal fund of $60,000.00 and am actively seeking to find the right legal council so as to pursue legal actions against those involved. You may be able to slander someone to this extent in some small back eoods community in BC but in the City this does not fly.No Chance, especially when someone has a normal life, His Girlfriend is an OR RN they have a career and can afford $60,000.00 for a lawyer. This clinics garbage just makes them look like they should be working at McDonalds to those intelligent to get it. I would avoid this place at all costs there are extremely careless people working there and don't put your well being in their hands. Peter Ellis and Sandy McLean are about as unprofessional as it gets when I told her what happened to me she was already influenced to think I was some vegetable wacho and didn't listen or think about a word I said. They now know what has occurred but continue to play their fairy tail to justify their very serious actions. Go Somewhere Else!!! Anywhere!!! I'm hoping to obtain a access to information report of an investigation Interior Health did after Peter Ellis was assaulted for his involvement in oppressively slandering someone he never meet. If this report is inclusive it hopefully will allow a legal team to finally persue these small town fools in court. Never trust your health to people this unprofessional. All I can say is this is a text book case of control by proxy initiated by associates of Peter Ellis Individuals I was in conflict over a septic installation. These people should be thrown in Jail but with their influence of the RCMP and the RCMPs influence of the Crown that's not likely to happen unless maybe by chance an investigative journalist blows the story wide open. Anyway as my girlfriend says small town medical professional are usually sub standard that's why they relocate to the small towns. They aren't scrutinized as much there. This whole clinic knows the legalities I speak of as well as their employees involvement yet they act like nothing wrong as been done just to protect there associates or them selves. Even this is in violation of all their professional obligations in a sense. Also making them also liable to professional misconduct they can't simply turn a blind eye in that profession. But the are to ignorant, biased or stupid to see that (to small town). Again if you want your medical services to be influenced by locals feel free to go to this clinic but if you want real professional services go private or to a city as this place is the Dollar Store of Mental health services and their employees if in the city would at best work at McDonald's.
