Christina, is amazing, it's like talking to your best friend, it takes a lot to come out of my shell. And, she made me feel at home effortlessly. I never have to watch what I say, and she makes me feel safe to say anything. When I first started going to her, I had concerns about going out in public places because of my anxiety but I know longer find this a problem. Thanks to her I've managed to get past my most challenging problems. I can't express how grateful I am to her. She truly cares and is passionate about her client's. Linda Carter - Kelowna

Christina is awesome! She helped me with my anxiety and to see my problems differently. I thought I'd have these issues for the rest of my life. It's so much better and now I know what to do when I get overwhelmed. Her other staff are warm, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend her for those who want someone is really caring, helpful and made it easier to talk about my problems. Jeff Hillery, Kelowna, BC.
