I love this clinic. Dr. Jenny Grisman is so attentive to my needs every time I visit. She really cares about her patients. Every single medical staff member (nurses, RN’s and doctors) I’ve encountered at the clinic cares about the patients. It’s a really wonderful place.

I have been going to Klinic for about six months and have had a very positive experience. I attended there Evovle program as well as one on one counseling. And I get nothing but compassion, understanding and do not feel judged. They offer many great services, but I must admit that the reception staff is not good, and dont seem to know much. I believe this is because they are volunteers and not paid. This is the only reason I can come up with for there lack of knowledge...

Amazing, helpful and compassionate woman. The counsellors are angels who care about your well-being and will help you through it without judgement. There is one on one counselling and group counselling. The world needs more places like the Klinic

Horrible experience, I went in there merely to get a list of therapists. When I asked the councilor what was the difference between a phychologist and therapist she had no idea, I knew the answer but sometimes I act like I dont to get a better understanding. She came back with a list and as the door is open and im on my way out she asks infront of everybody waiting if I was having suicidal thoughts or depression. It is much better to pay money for a councilor becuase you get what you pay for. I will not be returning to this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I will not be returning to use these services. I was spoken to very rudely by a receptionist, who could not and would not answer my questions. When I finally got to speak to someone else (after 3 days of trying to talk to someone knowledgeable), I was told that the receptionist claimed I was threatening her, yelling at her and swearing at her over the phone. Which was VERY incorrect. In fact, SHE was being extremely rude to me. Their staff does not seem very knowledgeable about their services, as I was misinformed multiple times. If you have used their Teen Clinic service, or any other service, you CAN NOT return and use another service, you can ONLY use the one. If this is a doctors office, that should NOT be the way it is run. I will NOT be returning to this clinic. I highly recommend using a different service.
