Aurora Recovery Centre has earned 2 thumbs up from me. I believe we found a Centre that can have an impact on our loved one. The staff and owners are caring, qualified, professional, open and honest. The Centre is a clean, modern facility with excellent features and healthy food (exactly as seen on their website). My husband and I attended the 3 day Family Program and a Sunday Family breakfast which were both valuable and informative. After spending several days in and out of the Aurora Recovery Centre, it is obvious to me that the staff are truly committed to helping our loved ones and our families fight this horrible disease. We are greatly appreciative of how much we are supported and involved. Aurora Recovery Centre truly cares about the well-being and future of their members. Thank you Andrew Galloway, Interventionist, for recommending Aurora to us. It is with confidence that I too, can recommend Aurora Recovery Centre in helping you or your loved one begin a journey of recovery.

They destroyed my relationship. They are manipulative conditioning liars. They have over stepped and taken liberties outside of members recovery. They claim to accommodate each and every member with a customized plan. Our experience has not been that. I know an addict in their management, who has expressed a dislike for me. One would think that Aurora Recovery should have the fortitude, ethics morals and honer. Practice what they are selling and Lead by example. Politely refuse payment and the admittance of the potential member. They have slipped up several times confirming the lies. The worst lie being they can not provide me with any info on the member whenbnfact the member had made clear all ifo was free to me. The more I look into them the more stories I'm gathering. They have a high success rate and that is wonderful and encouraged..... however our experience the last few weeks, coupled with my personal dealing's THREE years ago AND THEN what any google search will show you and this guy is a PR nightmare waiting to happen... Again. There are many many alternative options for recovery across Canada. Better staffed better programs have been established for decades and even found one that has been at it over 100 years. "But their accredited" Yes they certainly are. The old boys like accreditation. I'm sure my story isn't one of a kind. They put my recovery in jeopardy to the point I was hip deep in the river. "Well I have to go but someone should email you on Monday" click. If anyone has had a bad experience with Aurora or has seen or heard something that has made you raise a brow, please contact me.
