I have had the pleasure of working with Capital Choice for quite some time now. They are a very pleasant team that always puts their clients first, and looks to help in every way that they can. Being familiar with the industry, I know that if you're looking for a counsellor or therapist, you will be more than happy with the Capital Choice team!

Capital Choice Counselling Group has been offering seminars at St. Paul University for the past several years, and I have attended quite a few of them. As a therapist, I take any opportunity to continue educating myself, and to learn about being a better spouse and mother. The topics have been varied over the years, but the focus remains on family and marriage. Most recently, I attended the "online dating" seminar, it really opened my eyes. It made it relevant the fact that one of the presenters spoke of her own online dating experience. I like the informal format and the opportunity for asking questions. I will continue to attend.

I have attended many of the lectures over the past few years and have always found them to be interesting and informative. They have challenged my thinking and better yet, they have provoked discussions with my spouse, friends or colleagues. I tend to "pick and choose" what lectures I attend. Some I go to because of my professional work as a Social Worker; others I go to because I am a wife and mother of six and YES, relationships do matter. I highly recommend these and have actually encouraged many friends and colleagues to attend. Each one of them has thanked me for sending them along. Well done.

I have attended many of the Relationships Matter seminars sponsored by the Capital Choice Counselling Group, and have always found them informative, educational, insightful and entertaining. The speakers are generally very well informed and wonderful communicators. The sessions on Happiness and Advice on making relationships work have been among my favourites. It is a wonderful way to spend an evening and meet interesting and like-minded people. My only complaint is that it is often difficult to arrive by 7pm on a worknight, and I preferred the Friday night format (compared to the current Thursday schedule). I plan to attend more in the future and have recommended them to friends as well!

Relationship Matters offer great speakers on a variety of related topics from online dating to being in long term intimate relationships. They are thought provoking and accessible to the lay person and for anyone with a desire to broaden their perspectives on and possibly improve the quality of their relationships. I am really happy to have discovered this series put on by Martin Rovers, an expert in the field.
