Would give zero starts if I could, or negative infinity. This is the worst clinic in the history and existence of clinics. Unprofessional staff (though some nurses are actually nice) and horrendous medical service. Doctors are rushed, short, don't listen, interrupt when one is speaking, and have NO care at all for symptoms you experienced and try to explain; dismiss everything as trivial and have made up their minds within seconds in their 'professional opinion' that nothing is wrong with you. I had felt terribly ill at home for two days before I decided to seek medical care (fever, cough, migraine, abdominal pain, loose stool). I was told my situation is non-emergent despite how dreadful I felt, and continued to feel for awhile after. I will never return to this place, even if I'm dying, since the medical care received means I'd die anyway.

The problem with this health center is that many students go here to try and get a doctor's note to escape a test/exam. Since this is the case, they have to assume this for almost everyone who comes in, and they don't always treat the students well. Edit: This is ridiculous, I've never waited this long even in the busiest walk in clinics in Toronto. There were maybe 6 or 7 people before me yet I waited close to 3 hours. All just to be told to take Tylenol and rest as if I hadn't done that already. Just save your time and effort, go somewhere off campus. You'll probably get better treatment and service anyways.

Wait was short, staff was understanding. They really seem to care, and I got my problems solved that day! I was really impressed that they didn't make me come in multiple times to get what I needes sorted out. Not too sure what these complaints are about.

My family was wrong diagnosed in this place. The doctor was in a rush during the appointment and the medications she gave made the my family suffer for nearly a week. The patient finally went to the Ottawa Hospital and the doctor from the hospital proved the previous diagnose was wrong. I called to ask for an apology of the clinic doctor, and the director of the health service refuses to apologize or even say sorry. The attitude of the whole clinic was rude. This is the worst case of irresponsibility and carelessness.

I had a great experience here. I came first thing in the morning and was seen promptly. Everyone treated me professionally and with a genuine attitude. I would definitely recommend coming here if you go to Carleton, but definitely try to come early in the morning.
