Dr. Reza is great and knowledgeable. No complaints at all.

Very efficient. The front desk staff are wonderful.

Dr Saxena listens and asks questions with empathy. My calls are returned and they are agreeable to fax renewals to pharmacies. Much better experience than last dr. The office is nice and quiet and tranquil. Other places I've been have been chaotic and even dirty. Holding on to this Dr. Only downside is limited hours but I understand Drs are super busy.

Not a friendly bunch considering the field they are in. Generally speaking people who choose to go in medical field are helpful but not this clinic. Weird bunch from the front desk to the doctors.

Dr. Saxena is not aware of various standard procedures in the Eastern Health Authority such as referrals, pharmacy requirements vis-à-vis special forms for certain meds, medical insurance matters, and hospital discharge practices. A visit to her is uncomfortable, as she looks at her computer (asking questions for answers/data she is entering there) more than she looks at me. She does not do ear syringing.. She works some hours on some days. This was not made known to me as part of A& O's notices about "accepting new patients". Aspen and Oak Services has not adjusted their internal administrative procedures to accommodate what is usual from a medical service, and perhaps different from their usual counselling services, for instance, ability to give me information from my file when Dr. Saxena is not in. They prefer NOT to hold messages for her. I am asked to call back at hours when she is in. When I do that, she is often with a patient, so I have to call again or the, leave the message I could have left the first time I called. Her office told me my medical reports from another community had not arrived at their office (and suggested they were lost by the post office) when in fact, they had been in their office for a month, while I awaited their arrival in order to proceed with a prescription renewal. I had to insist it was unlikely the post office was the culprit, and get the forwarding clinic to contact Dr. Saxena's office to repeat information I had already collected and given to A & O about date posted, name of person who had posted them, etc. Dealing with Dr. Saxena at her current clinic has taken quite a lot of extra time from me. There are other reviews about Dr. Saxena and medical service at A & O at other on-line doctor rating sites. Perhaps when she and the clinic who hosts her have more experience.............
