So, this one star is not for the doctors or nurses that work there. They are actually pretty good. The one star is for the constant rudeness by the administrative support staff. The people who answer the phone and sit behind the counter. If it was just one person, or just one incident I would be fine with that because it happens, but I have been going there for years and so has my husband. I absolutely dread calling there because I know whoever answers the phone is going to be rude and snobbish. It's sometimes bad enough that it makes me not want to ever go back. Also, what is with this take a number system that they DON'T USE??? You can take a number and sit there forever. THEY DON'T EVER CALL A SINGLE NUMBER!! They just keep doing what they're doing and ignoring you. I've given up on that and just stand there whenever I go for my appointment to let them know I'm there. They seem rather put out that I do that, but you know what? If you actually called the numbers I'd use them, so I'm going to continue to stand there, sorry about your luck. My appointments are kind of important. It seems like the support staff look down on mentally ill people, which is ironic, because without us they'd be jobless. Learn some effing manners and customer service skills. If I'd behaved that way at the jobs I've held over the years I'd have been fired! Smarten up!!
