I just came from an appointment with Dr. Korol and really felt the need to come here and write a review. I started therapy about a year ago and have really bonded and formed a valuable relationship with Dr Korol in the past year. Having a doctor who is down to earth, who is VERY personable and who actually listens, was and is really important to me. Susan is all of that. I see that there is a negative review above mine, they clearly are not an actual patient of Dr Korol's because what they wrote could not be further from the truth. Susan has to be one of the most personable therapists. Once appointment with her and you will see that. Susan is exactly what I was looking for in a therapist!

Therapy can be difficult for anyone. Dr. Korol is attentive and kind. My first session I was very nervous, but found it easy to open up to her. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone seeking counselling / therapy treatment.

I found Dr. Susan Korol easy to talk to and she instantly understood the situation I was in. Appointments were easy to get. This was the first time I had attended a counselling session so I was very nervous and I’ve had a few follow-up appointments that have been very beneficial.

If I could rate this zero, I would! This doctors fake pretentious attitude is too distracting to even begin opening up to her. I felt she was disinterested and seemed lazy with her approach. DO NOT go to her!
