This was the best class i could have taken. All the teachers are well spoken, very genuine, well informed, very caring for each student. I left feeling hope, being well equipped, having well written notes for my future review which was done by A1 Counselling. In addition, the teachers took time to answer everyones questions and made everyone feel loved, encouraged and that each question was valuable. Each teacher contributed an educated answer from their viewpoint and the class was fun, there was also much laughter and an atmosphere where each student even built a bond with each other and was open to share their own personal stories. Honestly i will recommend this day course for everyone. I am certain their other classes are done with the same excellence. Whether you are like me and desire to understand human interactions and how to relate in a respectable way to other human beings; or you are struggling to control yourself in tough and challenging situations. I recommend A1 Counselling.

Since I'm a hugh Tragically Hip fan I'll say that; You are ahead by a century, if you decide to sit down & take this course. Prior to sitting down with Clarence & his assistant I would, respond with anger & rage to most situations. Now I learned how to say, "So What" to the situations that would, trigger it. Clarence is a very healthy happy man that made me feel at ease. If anger controls you & your life I highly recommend this program to anybody. I can't wait to get back to work & say "So What" to the situations that would normally set me off. I can't wait to see how the other guys will react to me. I also plan heading back for more personal sessions with Clarence because I still have alot of under lying problems but at least I know how to maintain my anger now. Remember; No dress rehearsal this is our life! There's no going back if you really mess up

I went to the program not knowing what to expect because I don't consider myself to be an angry person. I was mistaken as Anger management has many components that equip you with tools for everyday life. I felt the instructors were genuine in their discourse, and they had the mind set to help each and everyone be a better version of themselves. I learned so many things I didn't realize, from how we interact as individuals, and how our upbringing has a lot to do with how we approach our lives on a whole. I will keep reading the information and apply the knowledge I learned. I feel with this course I have a better grasp on everyday life and I hope to have better interactions with others going forward. I highly recommend this course to everyone even if it's just for general knowledge. Thanks again Doctor Baptiste and your team!
