Dr. Heather and her team are so friendly, they instantly relax you or your children. Her assessments are extremely detailed, and she takes the time to explain every part of it and answer questions. She also provides clients with contact information for community supports and services that she thinks would be helpful to your family. We followed Dr. Heather from her old location, and her new location is beautiful, and has free parking.

Do not go to Cornerstone, the administration staff are incompetent, the owner is just out to make money any way he can! I called to make an appointment for my son, I told them I had Green Shield coverage and they told me to call Green Shield to see what coverage I had, I did this and called them back and read them what Green Shield told me. The receptionist Amy then recommended Elizabeth Atkinson. I was assured that this was covered, when I went to the appointment I was again assured by Liz herself that Green Shield covers her services, when they went to direct bill Green Shield Liz acted shocked that she was not listed with Green Shield, both she and the receptionist assured me it was covered and gave me a bill and told me to submit it to Green Shield myself. I thought this was odd but I did it anyway, they made me pay the $120 then and there and wouldn't wait for Green Shield to pay me! Turns out Green Shield has told me that Elizabeth Atkinson does not have credentials!!!! There were dozens of other people there that I could have made the appointment with, I told them what my coverage was (its very good coverage by the way) and to recommend someone. They recommended Liz Atkinson! I am now out $120.00. I called and talked to the owner of Cornerstone , a very rude, unprofessional man. He said they did nothing wrong, said his employee never had this conversation with me and called me a liar. He basically said we got a service, that I screwed up and there is nothing he could do, didn't offer to compensate me at all! He was rude and unprofessional, doesn't care about patients at all, just out to make a buck! I told him I was going to report him to every agency possible and he told me he was going to call the police! LMAO Please people DO NOT GO TO CORNERSTONE! There are so many other agencies out there that want to help people and not just make money.

Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. Whether it be administrative or through counciling, I have nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommended.

As a professional in the field I highly recommend all those seeking clinical services to discuss with other community members and professionals in the field regarding the reputation and history of the professional you are thinking about working with. Therapy is a very important process that can either help or cause greater damage to a difficult situation and emotional state. This is specifically important when bringing children into the therapeutic process.
