Speaking to a live person matters when you’re in crisis. I appreciated reaching Alicia immediately to set up my appt with therapist. She was very patient with me as I struggled to speak to arrange an appt. She was able to find me an appt within an appropriate timeline! Therapist Stephanie has been the right fit for me! She is an exceptional listener and pulling out words I am saying w/out knowing it (I should/ I shouldn’t) and diving into why I feel that way. Stephanie has been excellent in my process of re-finding myself, how and why I got to the point of crisis and given me tools/skills to not get myself back into crisis. The ease and comfort she provides allowed me to open up and have a safe place to cry, swear and feel angry without judgment. For these reasons and more I highly recommend Stephanie! It is important to understand you may not click with a therapist immediately. Having other therapists at this same clinic is easy to access to receive the continued care and support they offer w/out having to research all over again or be on a wait list. It is a process, it will take time! Don’t give up, try someone else. Why? Because YOU matter and you will get through this with the right support person guiding you. Best wishes on your journey back to being YOU!

While I have absolutely zero complaints about the therapist I was assigned to, I do question the decision of the clinic to assign a new client to someone going on leave in a few months, without disclosing that fact. Unfortunately I only found out about this after beginning to form a relationship with my assigned therapist. It's hard enough to take the step to find a therapist to begin with, and I was really hoping to find someone for the long term that I could meet with at least once a month following my initial 8 sessions, which I was unfortunately unable to complete due to my therapist needing to go on leave early (which by the way I really hope everything is ok there, and wish her the best). S*** happens, but the clinic leaving me hanging without recommending someone to fill in didn't sit right with me. They seemed to happily "discharge" me without being able to complete the 8 sessions they demand from their patients. Their policies state a need for strong commitment from their clients, however I did not feel a strong commitment on the part of the clinic. I had a very good experience with my therapist and would love to begin seeing her again when she is back from leave, but I am feeling a little lost and left in the lurch due to the administrative decisions of the clinic itself.

I’m so grateful to have found Ryan! He is a gem. I appreciate his empathy, expertise and advice. The clinic itself is also easy to work with.

Excellent staff who truly care. I was taught a number of very effective coping strategies. They gave me the tools and encouragement to get my life back on track.
