When it comes to career coaching, there are a number of companies and services available, but Careers by Design and Pat Parisi help you. Pat has enabled me, coached me and given me the confidence to explore who I am and aligning that to my career. I found Pat’s approach very genuine and inspiring; allowing me to gain an enhanced focus and direction, both professionally and personally.

I genuinely enjoyed the process of working with Pat to clarify my goals and learn how to more effectively meet various challenges. We dug deep psychologically, much deeper than I had expected a career coach would go with me, and every step of the way I felt that Pat really got me. This was an exercise in bravery, compassion, and self-reflection in which I felt seen and supported. I recommend Pat as a career coach (or anything coach) without reservation!

Pat was a great sounding board for concerns, ideas, and goals, and an excellent source of information and advice in developing a career strategy.

I worked with Pat for a few months and I had a great experience. Although I was going through a difficult time where I was very confused, she guided me and helped me to make very important career decisions. She instilled hope and I was able to see new opportunities. I am grateful I had her as my coach.

Working with Careers by Design was very rewarding because Pat helped me to figure out what was most important to me and to make sure that I was looking at new opportunities with these requirements in mind. I highly recommend working with Pat and I also highly recommend the resume/CV services offered by Careers by Design.
