Laura Lea has been so helpful to me to make positive changes in my life. She is warm and empathetic and supportive. She has helped me to set and achieve goals that has helped to change my behaviour patterns. She asks the questions that need to be asked to lead you to consider a new look at your life, helping you get a better understanding of yourself. I look forward to talking with her. She has helped me immensely.

Lauralea is a true professional. The office area is inviting and peaceful. Lauralea created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where she helped me identify and address the issue and move forward to reach my goals. Thank you Lauralea

Lauralea is a lovely person with a high degree of emotional intelligence and compassion for people. I found her in an online search and felt that based on what she had written about her practice, that I would be able to connect with her, and was not disappointed. At my first meeting with Lauralea, I remember feeling comfortable talking to her and thinking, "This lady can help me." If you have been to other counsellors and not had this feeling, then you can imagine what a relief it is to finally find someone who is a good fit for you. Lauralea has helped me through some difficult health issues, as well as some depression and anxiety. Her fee is very reasonable and I have recommended her to others. Her practice is in a comfortable suite in the architecturally interesting Old Mill building in the town of St. George. Parking is free on site and if you arrive early or feel like having a drink or a snack afterwards, there is an interesting coffee place downstairs that feels a bit like a medieval pub and serves great apple fritters. I hope you will contact Lauralea and find out what a great help to you she can be!

I am currently attending counseling with Lauralea at Willow Roots and she has been assiting me with my anxiety and depression. I feel comfortable speaking with her about very personal details in my life and marriage. She shows compassion and empathy toward my struggles. Lauralea has also guided me to all the proper resources that help me to cope with anxiety and depression. I am happy to continue my counseling with Lauralea at Willow Roots Counseling and would highly recommend her services.
