I do not have the words to say how unimpressed I am with the people here. They are exceptionally rude and cannot communicate to their own co-workers when patients appointments are changed, let alone the patients. I do not think the assessment that was made was accurate and not sure how it could be, when one person gives the test and another writes the report. This place was recommended to me by a friend, but I have to say that I will never recommend it to another, unless it is to tell them to stay away. Unfortunately, I had to give a star before I could post my review....they barely deserve that.

Mallory is wonderful. I have never felt so comfortable with a therapist before. One session in, and I'm confident she can and will help me on my route to recovery.

If 0 was possible that would be my rating. Rude receptionist. Therapists that don't remember why you are there or what you even talked about in your last counselling session. Only give courtesy calls if you remind them. Even though from past appointments I never requested courtesy call and received one. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Been using the services for over a year. Very satisfied.

Severely disappointed with the staff here, I had a counsellor for months to try and help me with my depression and anxiety, and I cannot believe I wasted my time, all I got told was how it was my fault, and that it's my fault for not changing, and for not wanting change, for people who have to have such a high level of education to excel in this job seem to have no idea what their doing, wouldn't they have known that people who suffer from depression and anxiety have trouble making changes on their own and hearing how it was "my fault for not changing" didnt help. What I needed to hear was some helpful tips on how to overcome my illnesses, and someone who understands what I was going through, someone who could just listen.. which people here do not, luckily it was paid for me because I definitely would NOT have spent my cash on this place. Seriously people do yourself a favour and please find another place to hire. You will see no results from this place, not to mention the building in which it's run out of is not in good chape, you can see lots of water damage and other issues inside the building.
