Alexa was great, we appreciated that she asked our preferred style of therapist - how she could best navigate the sessions. We look forward to seeing her again. We are a lesbian couple and felt very safe there.

Great place for different counselling requirements. Most of the therapists hold Master Degrees in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Divinity, Psychotherapy and Play Therapy. Appointments are usually available within a couple of days. The team is very friendly and offer counselling in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Cantonese and Malayalam. Director Dawn Griffith is very helpful and she even provide information about community resources if you cannot pay for the services. Highly recommended.

The office building and parking are easy to find and the inside is clean and comfortable. The counselors are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and focus on a strength-based approach which creates an environment of willingness to share and listen.
