I was desperately looking for a place for counselling and C.S Counselling is the one that came through. I called a few places and nothing was available. One of them told me that next appointment is in September, now that is crazy. Person is in a dire need and they have to wait that long. I called C.S. Counselling left a voice mail and within 30 mins I got a call back and got an appointment within a couple of days. Coslyn is amazing, very friendly and easy to talk to. very helpful and started to feel better after the first interaction. There is no pressure if you are not comfortable talking about something. I have also dealt with another member of her team and she is amazing too. Keep up the good work.

10 out of 5 stars!! My wife and i have been to a half dozen counsellors over the past 2 years, none compare to Coslyn. She is very knowledgeable, extremely patient and sets the tone so you feel safe and comfortable talking about anything and everything. She provides valuable feedback and guidance that put into practice works wonders. My wide ans i have never been in a better place, with Coslyn's guidance our communication has never been better. Our relationship has never been stronger. If you are looking for a top tier councillor who will be honest, straightforward, who will provide you with the right tools and feedback this is the councillor for you. Thank you Coslyn!!!

Ms. Selby made me feel welcome and put me at ease the moment I walked through the door. She has and will continue to offer me objective but fair and warm guidance and counselling through the ups and downs I experience. She makes it so easy to talk about whatever is on my mind each week, and I am so thankful for her hard work. Best decision I've made!

I started meeting with Coslyn in 2017 after experiencing really bad anxiety and everything changed for the better very quickly. She is so kind and insightful and I hear the same from everyone I know that has met with her. I am grateful to know that I can speak with Coslyn whenever I feel down or do not feel like my usual self

Ms. Selby is amazing! Her experience really shows, and my first session with her gave me a lot of insights on things I had been thinking about a lot. She is super friendly, so it easy to talk to her. Just the first few sessions have helped me a lot, because she has useful insights I hadn't realized on my own. I especially like that she guides sessions effectively, because it feels like she hones in on an area that can provide the most progress to focus on first. I look forward to the next session each week!
