Coming into therapy, I was very dubious about the impact it may or may not have. I have been seeing Paul for about 4 months now and he is absolutely brilliant. He is compassionate and kind and very knowledgeable. He gives great suggestions and advice. The talks that I have had with him, have just left me with an incredible sense of well-being and inner peace. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking therapy.

I am seeing Paul on a regular basis and he has been so great for me, helping me discover the root of a lot of my issues and teaching me to have compassion and love for myself. I am a work in progress and I look forward to continuing my journey with Paul.

My husband and I are seeing Paul at the moment and we find him very helpful....he gives us helpful advice and I have realized the things that I have to change within myself...no matter what therapist you see if you are not willing to put the work into it then it won't work. I like him because he has taught me that I have to let go of the control sometimes, he is helping my family come back together.

Seeing any therapist is not a quick fix to life's problems. It takes time, work and lots of patience as it takes almost 5 sessions to get comfortable with the person you are seeing. From the moment I met with Paul, I knew I made the right choice for psychotherapy. I have been seeing Paul for over 2.5 years and I can't be more grateful. In 2014, I was diagnosed with PTSD. My doctor prescribed anti-depressants and wanted me to see a psychiatrist that only wanted to add more drugs to the mix and stated that my issues were from my childhood. I decided to follow my own path and seek the assistance of Paul, who also utilizes EMDR in therapy. My sessions were not covered by my insurance but I knew I was investing in myself. Paul helped me understand the organic nature of PTSD. He helped me understand the root cause of this mental disorder. He helped me change my thought pattern from wanting to die to seeing why I need to continue to live. Paul has been most helpful, understanding and compassionate. The time spent with him is worth every moment of my time. He has saved me from the thought that wanting to die was an statement of expression on a declaration of intent. If we see a dentist for out teeth, a doctor for our physical health, then why not go see Paul for your mental health.
