As a colleague, I happily recommend Irene as a therapist. She brings warmth, enthusiasm and intelligence to her work with couples. Irene loves to learn and makes the effort to stay current in this field.

I have had the great opportunity to be a roving therapist at two of Irene's couples workshop. Her dedication to the smallest details to ensure couples feel safe with one another and her skillful ability to present have made this an amazing experience for me and for the couples alike. As a colleague, Irene has been very supportive and inspiring as she partakes in professional development activities that largely contribute to the excellent therapist that she is. If you have the opportunity to work with her or be guided by her, don't miss it! I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!!!

Irene is a wonderfully warm, bright and enthusiastic couples therapist and workshop leader. Having assisted her in one of her Hold Me Tight couples retreat weekends, I saw first hand how extremely effective she is at presenting relevant information about the new science of love and attachment in an entertaining way. She the makes it practical so you can apply it to your own relationship right away. She has lovely way of putting people at ease and is very respectful at allowing participants to engage at their own comfort level. As a fellow EFT couples therapist, I strongly recommend Irene's Hold Me Tight weekends for couples who would like to strengthen the emotional connection in their relationship.

Irene is a great therapist (as well as my wife!). But seriously, no professional I know spends as much time on his or her specialty as Irene--she is constantly deepening her understanding of Emotionally Focussed Therapy. Her "Hold Me Tight" retreats are in great demand. They are a lot of work, but she's energized by them.

I’ve had the opportunity to watch Irene work with couples. She’s an excellent couples therapist. Irene is very grounded, warm and genuine. I am happy to refer couples to her because I know they will be in good hands!
