Tammy is absolutely amazing. She is professional, personable and compassionate. Her insight and perspective on a variety of personal issues have helped my partner and I tremendously. Her techniques are straightforward and have proven to be effective in our time together. I appreciate how comfortable she immediately made us feel. I truly do enjoy our sessions and am very grateful we found her.

Tammy is a fabulous therapist! My husband and I have been struggling with difficult step/blended-family dynamics for years; we saw 3 other therapists over the years and saw no results before finding Tammy. It took Tammy only a couple of sessions to develop a detailed plan which completely changed our family dynamic! Now the kids are happy, we're happy and we only have Tammy to thank for this! Tammy is very "solution-oriented" therapist. This is exactly what we needed - we didn't want therapy where we can just talk about our feelings. We needed help and a concrete plan of how to get from "A" to "B". And that's exactly what Tammy did for us!

I first came to Tammy one year ago when I realized that I needed some help in recovering from a very dark time in my life. With much compassion, insight and gentle guidance she helped me find my path from darkness to a new light. I would highly recommend her services.

Tammy is an excellent counsellor. She has great insight and strikes the right balance between showing empathy while also being direct in her evaluation of the situation at hand. Our sessions have helped me evaluate my past relationship and have given me a better understanding of what I'm looking for moving forward.

Tammy was fantastic... very helpful. I had 3 sessions and feel great, the lessons she showed me and simple but very effective. I use them regularly and can’t begin to tell you the difference I feel in both my personal life and at work.
