Dr. Saunders has had a profound impact on my mental health and overall outlook on life. After being unable to connect with prior therapists, I initially reached out to him regarding a sense of ennui at work and during the pandemic. His experience and love for his profession was clear after our first conversation and continues to show. Dr. Saunders helped me to find the confidence to pursue my passion and is a compassionate ‘coach’ as other issues have arisen, such as relationship issues and grieving loved ones. I would highly recommend Dr. Saunders to anyone seeking therapy.

Dr. Sauders was therapist my insurance company referred me and it was just such an awful experience. He was very cold, not welcoming, and during my consultation he was sleeping on his chair and snoring . Never seen a Psycho treating patients like this and the insurance companies treat his report as benchmark. I don't even recommend him pls dont waste your time and money on these kind of Rude Doctors.

Dr. Saunders is an extremely skilled therapist, his experience in the field is apparent. He has an incredible ability to understand and empathize- there is no issue to big or too small to bring to him. His non-judgemental approach has helped my boyfriend and I to better understand each other and build effective means of communicating (which has positively impacted our relationship, as well as our interactions at work and within our respective families). I feel a tremendous amount of gratitude for the effort and dedication he puts into his work. I have, and will continue to reccomend him to anyone.

Dr. Sauders was my very 1st therapist ever and it was just such an awful experience. He was very cold, not welcoming, distant and extremely expensive. After I realized it was not a good match, I asked them if they can refer me to different person who specialized in PTSD and they did not even want to help. I do not recommend him.

Terrible and not useful and I would reconsider if you’re looking for Doug Saunders for help. He did not provide any valuable advice or help. Even worst my so called 1 hour session, he spent the first 20 minutes with another client. I got billed for the full hour when I only received 40 minute of service. Please choose wisely everyone.
