I have been seeing Sue Lymburner for some complex personal issues I've struggled with for a number of years. I find her to be warm, knowledgeable and very professional. She is consistently attentive and seems to truly care about her clients. Sue's online booking system is very convenient. I would recommend her to anyone.

Most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. During a time of crisis she missed my appointment due to an error with her scheduling. After arriving for my session, I see her watering her plants in her cozy’s. I was told she only had 30min if I would like to go and talk. Do to the disappointment and lack of time she was willing to compensate I left. Shortly after she confirmed that she provided me with the incorrect time for our session and said she would make herself available for whenever I needed to reschedule, if I chose to return. After a couple weeks, with more devistating circumstances, I scheduled another appointment only to have it cancelled less than 2 hours before my arrival. The email stated that she would reconnect when she was feeling better to reschedule. It has been 2 weeks and not a word. Professional... ?????? ..... give me a break. I suggest people find another therapist if they are looking for guidance or support as you will not find it here.
