Sullivan and Associates is such a welcoming place. I feel very comfortable there. I tried counselling a few years ago at a different location and did not think it was for me. I decided to try again this year and I realize now that I just needed to find a good fit. Ashleigh is the best and has helped me make huge strides in my mental health. I have never felt so good!

Professional services, welcoming environment with great staff, I am very grateful for their ability to respond and provide support both quickly and sincerely when I needed it the most. This is the second time for me to utilize the services, and while I feel the tools I learned to use in my first sessions were effective, apparently I'm human and need a tune up..... Sometimes you just need a little guidance, and someone to remind you it's going to be okay, remember you have successfully went through a number of challenges why would this one be insurmountable? The first step is the hardest sometimes, our families and friends want to help but we need them as family and friends, having a "professional" ear means your family and friends can just be that : ) I would not hesitate to recommend the services at Sullivan.

I have been going to Sullivan for years for my son. He really likes his therapist (Trevor) and enjoys going for his appointments. It took going through two other therapists elsewhere but my son clicked with Trevor right away! Very satisfied with the service - both with the therapist and the front counter staff. The support has been fantastic for my son and for us as a family. Highly recommend Sullivan & Associates!

I've been seeing my psychologist for a couple years and it has helped me a great deal. If i was in living in town my appointments would be more regular because I'm 330 km from the city, I sometime have difficulty making my appointments. During couple of times i was able to do my appointment over the telephone. ***** Will highly recommend..learning DBT helps me have a better out look on life.

I find myself digging a little deeper into my self and putting a lot more optimism in my day to day life thanks to the support of these sessions. The lady I see, is absolutely wonderful and really helps me think a lot more clearly. Good for anyone needing that relief or guidance.
