Dr. Watson takes a professional and patient approach towards CBT, which first hand has improved my quality of life drastically:) I find employees & reception to be professional and kind as well.:)

Horrible! Called on a thursday to ask about getting help for a friend. Serious situation and wanted "Dr Chris" to help. Called left a message, they weren't accepting phone calls on this day, she calls me back I wasnt available, shes leaves a message. I called after the long weekend again, no one available. The next day I call, finally get some one. I attempt to explain to her what I am calling about, I explain trying to get in touch with a person from a message, last week. Dead air, Shes says well we have 6 people here, I ask well who answers the voicemail, she says me. Let me note, The message earlier in the week, was "calling to see if they are a fit for our services". So I question her on her tactis and phone pratices, before I move forward to request services. Shes gets angry, saying "shes not going to get into it with me," now she says, what I was trying to tell you earlier, "We have no room for anyone" ...Now not accepting patients. wow that changed fast..... I am shocked. Its always the way, you try and go out of your way and help a good friend.... get treated poorly.
