I met Nelia when I started prenatal yoga shortly after becoming pregnant. It quickly became the highlight of my week; her amazingly positive attitude and calming influence were just what I needed to hear at that time. After my little guy was born I started attending Emerging Mothers. Again, Nelia's warmth and incredible sense of humour helped me get through the early days when I had no clue what I was doing, and even laugh about it! My guy is now almost 8 months old, and I guess I'm now an "experienced" Mom. My confidence and relationship with my son are due, in part, to the support I received from the group, under Nelia's careful guidance. I honestly don't know how I could have done it without Nelia - I couldn't recommend her more highly, my only regret was not meeting her sooner!

Some people have jobs in their life that simply pay the bills. Very few people find their true calling. Nelia has absolutely found her true calling. I met Nelia when I signed up for her prenatal yoga classes at 20 weeks pregnant. They were one of the most enjoyable parts of my pregnancy. Nelia was so full of information, helped all of us individually, and explained why we were doing the moves we were doing. I ended up doing her prenatal classes as well and they were also fabulous. I so enjoyed everything I had done with her that when I had my daughter I came back for 'mom and baby yoga'. When my daughter started actively crawling and was officially too old for Nelia's classes, it was a sad day! I honesty look forward to using her services again during my next pregnancy. You will feel very well looked after under Nelia's experienced care!

I first met Nelia when I attended her prenatal yoga classes. I had never done yoga before and her class was a safe, welcoming place to come as a mom to be. I was fortunate enough to have Nelia as a birth doula at the birth of my baby last year. I couldn't have gotten through the birthing without her. Her support both physically and emotionally, as well as years of experience and knowledge of birth and early motherhood we an invaluable resource to me. I wouldn't go through another birthing with out her. The Postpartum class "Emerging Mothers" that Nelia facilitates is a warm, inviting and supportive environment for all new moms. I would recommend it to any new mom, just go you won't be disappointed. *Pro Tip for Emerging Mothers Class, sign up early spots go quickly!
