Stephen has been a great friend for 12 years. I always have a lot going on- family with three kids under 9 years old, aging parents and an investment business. Stephen has provided me with amazing insight, advice and support over the years in every facet of my life- personal, family or work. Stephan has also provided strong therapist referrals to me and my extended family. I love his style- its super compassionate, but with a good mix of critical thinking. He always keeps me on my toes and helps to deliver awesome results. Stephen is down to earth, approachable and very intelligent. I would recommend him to anyone out there seeking a good personal therapist and life coach.

As a group, individual and couples therapist with over 30 years experience in the field of chronic mental health and childhood trauma, it was a pleasure to meet Stephen and get to know him 16 years ago. He is a down-to-earth, authentic and compassion man with a great deal of knowledge and professionalism in his areas of expertise as both an individual and a couples therapist. He is thoughtful and reflective in his approach and I feel very confident when I refer clients to him. In turn, I have heard very positive comments from some of his clients, as he keeps their best interests top of mind, and provides them with new skills and insights previously elusive to them. You can tell that he loves what he does!

Stephen is a skilled, wise and most compassionate therapist. He is superbly competent in his work with individuals, as well as with couples, and is always learning which is a sign of his dedication to his practice. I would not hesitate to refer clients to him. I have only heard positive feedback from those who have worked with him. I love having Stephen as a colleague. He is authentic, generous and always willing to help.

I have over 35 years of group and individual therapy experience working in both community and hospital mental health settings. I've known Stephen for more than 15 years and have never hesitated to refer clients to him for couples therapy, knowing they will receive skilled and relationally attuned care. I both trust and respect Stephen for his integrity, his knowledge and his professionalism. Clients can expect their working relationship with Stephen to be a balance of supportive and at times challenging connections. This means the work can proceed the most meaningful way - as he is someone who maintains a focus on excellence and honesty when people are seeking help with complex and often emotionally difficult issues.

I would not hesitate to continue to refer clients to Stephen or recommend him as a resource to other health care professionals. Stephen's warmth, professional acumen and clinical astuteness are impressive and deeply respected. Stephen cares about his clients and community, this dedication is evidenced by the longevity of his social work practice as well as his ongoing commitment to professional development. Stephen uses a breath of evidence based interventions to assist individuals and couples reach their health and wellness goals. Clients can trust that they are in very capable hands.
