I met Trudi Wyatt through a professional association (ISEPP), and I was immediately impressed with her thoughtfulness, insight and ability to ask perceptive questions; I could quickly tell why she would make an excellent therapist. Unlike so much of the "mental health" field, Trudi is highly ethical and is very human-centered and will listen non-judgmentally, without needing to label or "medicalize" people's difficult emotional/life struggles. I would highly recommend contacting Trudi for an initial (free, I think) consultation to see if she might be a good fit for you.
