Our entire experience was great. Friendly and helpful staff in organizing the move and continuing to communicate up until our move date to make sure everything went smoothly. We could not have asked for a better crew. The guys were efficient, well organized and very helpful throughout the day going above and beyond to make sure everything was where we wanted it to be. I will definitely be recommending your company to other businesses in the future.

Our family used AMJ when we moved from Calgary to Halifax, Halifax back to Calgary, and Calgary to Langley. We are experienced and seasoned with moving and all of the AMJ processes. All of these past moves were very good. We are disappointed with our last move from Langley to St. Albert. Everything was amazing with the AMJ team in Vancouver/Langley - customer service, following through, communication, courtesy, professionalism. Unfortunately there was a major error and communication breakdown at the AMJ Edmonton Office with our arrival date and number of days to unpack. Mistakes happen - that is life. Sadly, they did not take ownership or accountability, and even blamed us (and threw a number of their associates from their Vancouver office under the bus). They (Edmonton) did not follow their own prescribed protocols and process. They were was rude in their interactions, did not return phone calls as promised, ignored emails, and did not follow through on time commitments. We found that the individuals we dealt with at their Edmonton office had an attitude of apathy, not accepting ownership for their mistakes, and not even attempting to look like they are sorry and trying to fix the situation. The AMJ Edmonton could benefit from training in customer service, communication, and customer problem resolution. They totally mishandled the situation and caused a lot of unnecessary and preventable stress, frustration, and negative impact to my family. At no point did we ever receive an apology from the Edmonton Office. To be fair, the three persons I dealt with at the Edmonton office may not be representative of everyone else that works there or the broader organization. To date, we have never received an apology from anyone at their Edmonton office which is in itself, summarizes everything.

Excellent service from the packers and movers. They were quick and efficient, organized, responsible and made the move go easy. Very satisfied.

Beyond pleased with AMJ Campbell - they came and picked up furniture for storage - the process was seamless from start to finish. Efficient, safe, and really pleasant to deal with - I highly recommend AMJ Campbell Edmonton for any moving/storage needs!!
