I used ABF/Upack for a move from Edmonton to San Diego. The customer service was amazing every time. Rachel Hobbs in Edmonton is the best person to deal with!!!! She was so pleasant and helpful and didn't make me feel dumb when I couldn't fill out the customs forms. She was so great!!! The truck drivers were both nice and willing to help out with questions about the trailers. Overall a great job guys.

From the first call to U-Pack in Edmonton, I was lucky to get Rachel she was extremely patient answered all my questions and on the day of loading she had the trailer upfront and it was swept clean ready for loading. She helped me and my friend secure the items and then reviewed all the paper work required and the shipment left the following day. On arrival in Pacoima, California, Andy had everything ready I paid the freight charges the previous day and the following day the trailer was upfront ready for unloading. It was a smooth move and nothing was damaged while in transit. Keep in mind that Rachel had asked me to throw out any cleaning liquids to avoid my items of having a terrible smell. I would recommend U-Pack for any moves, their people are very helpful and it saves you money BIG TIME. It's a Win-Win situation.
