Will and his crew made our move a very positive experience. They were absolutely fantastic and all of them were very helpful. When I told them the wrong room or even floor for placing boxes or furniture, they readily moved the item to the correct spot. You have a great staff. We found the cost to be very reasonable considering we moved from a rural property to the City.. Arranging the move was very easy. Suzzane talked us through what we were moving and gave a very accurate estimate. It actually came in $100 less. She helped me with questions I had and made the moving experience (1st time in 28 years) much less overwhelming.

All of the staff that we worked with for our move were fantastic. Sarah at the office was really helpful when I had questions and made sure to follow up with me the day before our move. Our movers - Jed, Don, and William - were all very friendly and efficient. They got is moved across town within the estimated time and under our quote! We will be recommending these moves to everyone we know! Thank you so much for all of the help!

Everything was as planned and described by Sarah. Don and Eric took great care to protect and move our dining room table, chairs and China cabinet. It was heavy and they managed it perfectly without a scratch. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone I know. Excellent work! Thanks again. Adam

They were able to schedule our move on short notice and the guys were friendly and helpful during the move. But they underquoted me by about $500 even though I have very specific info about the contents and the number of flights of stairs. They also made a mistake on the day of our move (we had two delivery drop-offs and they mixed up what was dropped off). They didn’t charge for the mistake but it made the move take an hour longer. Finally, they nicked our wall causing a divot in the wall and said that someone would follow-up to fix it. We never heard from them and it remains unfixed almost 2 months later. We also got a lot of pressure from the guys and from the follow-up emails to give them a 5-star rating. They said that they would only get raises and promotions if we rated them 5/5. I’m happy to give a 5-star rating for 5-star service, but they didn’t even follow up on damage that they caused to our wall! Definitely not 5-star service!

The two men (Robert & Glen) were right on time, very organized with a clean truck. Worked quickly, efficiently and were very nice as well. The unload was just as well excicuted. I would highly recommend this company, and as well, if I ever need to move again I will be using them.
