Worst company ever. DO NOT USE THEM! Believe the other 1 star reviews you see on here, not the good ones. I wish I would not have given them the benefit of the doubt, which i did due to several good reviews. Big mistake. I confirmed my moving date and time with them several weeks ahead, and again 2 days before the set date, as well as night before. They STILL left us stranded the morning of. No calls/texts from them, wouldn't answer their phone when I tried calling. Nothing. Had to scramble and find another last minute mover as we had to be out today (last day of the month, lease up). So much extra stress.

I made arrangements on the phone with Justin 3 weeks prior and received a confirmation number and reassurance that all would be well. Do not believe the owners previous responses about confirmation numbers. I had one that HE gave me and they were still a no show. A disorganized company in great need of a leader with integrity and follow through. As for my experience: A few days before the move the time was confirmed. Day of, they are a no show. I have received several calls throughout the day letting me know that they were on their way and not to worry but they never came. It is 9 pm at night and I am scrambling to find movers to help me for the next day. Honesty would have been appreciated. If they couldn't make it just say so. Now I can't get a hold of them. I'm surrounded by boxes and mess and trying to convince myself all will be okay. Not very good business practices.

Best experience I ever had with movers! Amazing guys were there just on time, we’re so careful on my furniture, work really fast and not taking their time like others . I definitely recommend since I had bad experience with other companies before. They are just the best!

This company is unprofessional to a criminal degree and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of Canada. I do not write reviews and usually I hate confrontation but this time I will not be quiet. Booked them well in advance, confirmed the day before. Then, day of? No show no show no show. My sister and I are frantically calling them to see what happened and they'd blocked our number. We ended up having to use sketchy movers off of Kijiji who ruined our furniture not to mention denting the walls. This "company" entered into an agreement and we were relying on them to show up- 2 single girls with a house full of heavy furniture? We were completely stranded because of this company's inability to do their job. On top of that, no apology or explanation? No recognition whatsoever of the position they'd put us in? I was so angry I had to wait 3 days to write this review without seeing red. DO NOT use this company. If not for your own sake, then for mine.

Worst Experience ( with any company ) Ever! Stay away, do not hesitate, use anyone else. The owner is a pathological liar. Besides the fact that our engagement started with a quote for 4 hours, they called and expected us to reschedule the same day as our move, showing up 3 hours late with inadequate help. Only 2 of the 3 movers were "somewhat" experienced but tossed and heaved our furniture around, damaging the furniture, walls and doors of the new and old apartment. No dollies, no blankets no furniture protection. With the 5 of us, we finished our 2 bedroom apartment move in 5 hrs, to which they charged us for 5 hours plus travel ( so there goes the "quote") and we got fake promises to fix our broken furniture. Told us to call, we called, but every time we called they would say they would call back in 10 minutes. Told us they were in a short meeting, said they were at the registry, had a haircut, then they were at the police station. No, they never called us back. It has been a month of lies and our furniture is still broken, we over paid for this terrible service, so do not make the same mistake. Save yourselves the hassle, horror and lies. Moving should never be this difficult. This company is poorly run, has no ethics and if you value any of your time or belongings, use absolutely anyone other than this moving company.
