All American Movers

We had an awesome experience with these guys! They were very friendly, knowledgeable with what they were doing, and they were incredibly fast. Which was awesome considering I was on a time crunch. They took great care of every piece of furniture, and had the truck packed within an hour/hour and a half. Also, we were charged exactly what we were quoted and not a penny more. Professional and friendly. I’ll definitely be recommending All American Movers to friends and family.

We hired All American Movers based on their reviews and a recommendation from a friend. We wish we had gone with the company that moved us a year ago instead. To start with, the estimate was terribly off. What should have been an 8 hour job turned out to be a 12+ hour job. And this was not because of our lazy packing-two of the employees told me separately on the day we moved that this job was one of the best they had ever done because we were so organized and packed so well. We have a large family, and our move required 3 trucks and 6 employees to move us from our home in the Denver, CO area to Ft. Collins. For the entire day, the 6 of them argued with each other. They also used foul language and listened to completely inappropriate music for moving a family and in a neighborhood. Music with the F word and N word for what seemed like every other sentence which I asked multiple times to be turned off. They packed the trucks very irresponsibly and caused so much damage to our belongings, as well as both homes. We have a commercial, gym grade treadmill that they took apart and left sitting in the garage while they walked all over it, dripped water and oil on it, and didn't wrap. It is ruined and has to be replaced. They didn't wrap one of our couches, which cannot be used or sold (doesn't fit in the new house) because they handled it with grease on their hands as well as not wrapping it. They broke book shelves, cabinets, put a hole in a bedroom door, cracked a wall/drywall, broke lamps, didn't wrap lampshades which are now dirty and ruined and have to be replaced. Many items they left in room and didn't say a word about damaging them, just left them for us to find later or in the days following while we unpacked and put things away. I could go on and on... the day after our move, we contacted Shawn, the owner. He promised to work with us and reimburse us for all the damage caused. He promised to come to our new home to survey the damage caused and never came. We've provided him with 20+ photos and estimates of all the damage caused. It's been 9 days since our move, and he has stopped communicating with us. He won't return phone calls, emails or text messages. Neither will Cameron, the employee that came to our home for the estimate and provided us with that information. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and disputes with our credit card company, as the damages caused are estimated in the thousands. I don't know if they sent temporary employees to us, or employees that have never worked as movers before- I am shocked at the result of this move based on their reviews. I have moved many, many times, and have never experienced such unprofessionalism or negligence. Please think twice before hiring this company.

All American Movers I'd say this is the 4th time I've used them for my office and family moves. The staff was kind and courteous no I don't know you're broken they were able to transport large items without hesitation. In the end of the day after it's all said and done, I do appreciate All American Movers. On fitting us in on short term notice and taking a lot of stress off of welcoming my family into our new home. Thanks Again

This is the 3rd time my family an I used All American Movers. Moved from Denver to Maine. Wrapped all items nothing was broken. They were on time and all employee were kind very polite. Would recommend to anyone for local or inter-state moves. Thanks again The Herold Family.

Our family recently made a local move within Aurora and we were very happy with our team of movers! Charles, Steve, Adam and Anthony were very friendly, efficient, quick and and professional. They arrived promptly at their scheduled time and were very careful and meticulous in their work..We will not hesitate to contact them for our future moving needs! They were fantastic!!
