Professional service, fast, reasonable prices, great guys. They pack and move everything for you and they even have the packing material if you need it. I forgot to get mattress bags and they even had them available for purchase. I would recommend them to everyone looking to move.

I have never worked with a more helpful moving company. I want to start by apologizing for not calling 2 Small Men first. We called over 3 weeks ago to book another company to move my stepdad and Mom to Edmonton who both have severe medical conditions. That company texted to cancel less than 18 hours before the move was supposed to happen. A family members friend called 2SM and they agreed to be at their house in Sylvan Lake at around 9am the very next morning. The 2 guys that came were so professional very polite and extremely helpful. They went WAY beyond what we expected and what was required of them. Unfortunately these 2 guys will only think of today as their job, however what they did for my family today has left a lasting impression on all involved that there is still people willing to do what it takes to help no matter how big. We will be forever grateful to Mike and Neil. Great job guys.

We used 2SM after hearing some good reviews. We have had a very negative experience and would not recommend them. -They were 3 hours late and I had to call 3 times to find out when they were coming. They were scheduled to arrive between 11-12 and arrived at 3:30. At 2pm we were told they were on their way (from Red Deer to Lacombe) -The movers were friendly and we took them through the house and told them what needed to be packed and what stayed for staging. Written instructions for each room were also left. Our luggage for our vacation were packed and required us to unpack half of our things to reach it. -Upon removal of the boxes to reach our luggage we discovered boxed that were open, unmarked (room) and item thrown into boxed (ie: books and games not stacked in boxes but dumped in). Boxes had fallen over, holes punched in some and heavy boxes pack on top of lighter one so they are crushed. -We contacted the company and were asked to send pictures and Dave would talk to the movers and get back to to us. Nothing has come of it and none of our phone calls are returned and our email has also gone unanswered. -To top it off, food was opened and consumed (and left in the basement) from our fridge and freezer. We have not unpacked not seen in past the edges but I am very disappointed and concerned about the condition of the contents of our house.
