Front line staff and drivers are great, their business office, not so much. Failed to charge a monthly storage fee to my credit card when they should have then blindsided me 2 months after the end of the contract with a back charge. Unprofessional business practice to do this without contacting me directly to explain.

The office staff were Great. Kudos to them. Big Steel Box is a good alternative for storing your things. Safe, secure, and professional. I needed to store my belongings for a few days until I could move into my new house. 'Parking' the Big Steel Box was 'interesting' as they require 70 ft. That was the single biggest challenge of my moving experience. (*and inconvenience for my old and new neighbors.) Plus the additional cost. Thank you. I will recommend your company to others.

Nice experience though I did find a few wet spots in between my stuff. Cover everything with a plastic.

Company offered a 20 foot container at a competitive price. The container is placed on wood blocks on the ground, so easy to load and unload, no going up ramps. It was our container for a month so no rush to get it filled. Jillian in Calgary and Jeff in Winnipeg were quick to get back to me with any questions or concerns I had. Would highly recommend using Big Steel Box. Gord.
