This company is great! But don't be confuse with other companies that have been getting them confuse. They give you the best quote and they moved all of my 5 rooms with no damage. No complains here !

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. What company calls you on the day of your scheduled move and tells you they are not coming?? I scheduled movers a month ahead of time to move our stuff from our current apartment into a new one. My boyfriend and I took the morning off work so we could be there. When I originally called, the lady who answered the phone was completely spacey and unprofessional - that should have been my warning sign. 2 days before our scheduled moving date, I called to confirm our appointment and she could not find our reservation. I told her I had spoken with her 3 times on the phone and did not understand how she could possibly not have the reservation. She said there was nothing she could do and the day was booked up with other appointments. After panicking with my boyfriend trying to find a new company, she called me back an hour later saying she had read the calendar wrong and they'd see us at 9am. At 9:15am on the day of our scheduled moving date, I called to find out where our movers were. She said she had us down for 10am so that's when they would be arriving. I was very frustrated because I only took off work from 8-12 and was worried this would not be enough time. She was completely unapologetic and said either they would come at 10am or not at all. I was shocked to hear how rude she was being, told her 10am would be fine. At 10am I got a call from one of the movers, telling me that they could not get ahold of the driver so they would not be coming today. Completely unbelievable. My boyfriend and I now have to be out of our apartment by the end of the day, and have no movers. This company should be shut down.

BEWARE--Worst moving experience possible! I used this company in 2015 (with a different owner) and had a great experience. With the new owner, my move was completely awful. The secretary was rude, the movers were late, they inadequately took apart furniture and took hours longer than their expected timeframe to put everything back together. (Instead of using automated tools, they used screwdrivers to manually take everything a part.) They damaged a bed, an old wall, and ruined other furniture with scratches. This was a stressful, awful experience. The company used to be good but now I wouldn't wish the new team on anyone!

(NOTE: DO NOT confuse these guys with another reputable company with an almost identical name. I suspect the good reviews for this company are actually deserved by another moving company) Horrible experience. They got the date wrong, they complained that the refrigerator was heavy, they complained there were stairs at my house. For Goodness sakes. You are supposed to be professionals. They didn't have an appliance dolly. They didn't have straps (or had them and didn't know how to use them). They were lazy. Seriously, one guy asked me for tools to unhook washer and dryer because they didn't have them. The other two sat on their butts while guy #1 unhooked washer-dryer for 20 minutes. The dolly they brought with them had a flat tire and was NOT an appliance dolly and did NOT have treads for stairs. Are you kidding??? You cannot seriously consider these guys movers, much less professional. They insulted my wife and we fired them less than half way through the job and sent them on their way. Don't waste your money. Seriously buy your friends some pizza and a case of beer -you will get better, more professional help that doesn't complain to you that the fridge is too heavy.

They were the best choice I made for my move. Everything made it to where it needed to be. Highly recommend them
