Well first, they showed up 6 hours ahead of schedule. I was not ready at that time and asked that they return at the scheduled time. Then, they were over 3 hours late. When the movers were at my home loading the truck, the owner/dispatcher called to say they were running behind and asked if they could reschedule. I let him know they were already loading. Due to them running three hours late, I was not moved into my home until 11:00PM on a Sunday night. I had two kids to get ready for bed after setting up the best I could and also had to work the next morning. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt. Was told I would be emailed a receipt. That was one week ago today. I have called once and sent a text with no response. I just plugged in my living room television for the first time today and the screen is darkened about 75% if the way down. I had a guy look at it and he said it looks like something had been pressed up against it and there is nothing to do to fix it. I sent another text to the owner but seriously doubt I will receive a response considering the history. I strongly advise against using this company.

I was very pleased with the movers. They were courteous and communicated well. They were quick and professional and went the extra mile for me. I would def use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing to move on a budget but still get quality service. Good job guys! :)

Very satisfied with their services, I called them at the last minute, I had another engagement, called and rescheduled and they came no matter what. They showed up on time, wrapped my stuff with protective tape, packed my stuff and delivered them in no time. They are very hardworking young men who understand ethics and professionalism. I would have given them 10 stars! I absolutely recommend them!

These guys saved the day after our scheduled movers stood us up. I called on a Sunday morning for a same day move, and they were at our door within a hour and a half. Two guys, two trucks, very efficient and friendly.

Where do I begin? Moving as a whole is already a stressful experience, however I would go on record as saying you hire movers to sort of take away some of that stress. I hired this company and they offered me a slot of 9 a.m. (keep in mind they offered me this slot). I agreed to 9 a.m. I received a text message at 7:40 a.m. the day of my scheduled move, asking me can I reschedule for 1 pm because they were running behind schedule due to not finishing a job the day before. Normally I am a very flexible person, however I could not reschedule for 4 hours later because I had already scheduled to have my cable/internet installed at that exact time (typical moving to do list). In addition, the cable company will not service you unless you already have your Tv's set up. I asked this company if I needed to call another company since they would not be able to service me at the time that was agreed upon. They told me "No we got you covered, crew will be there at 9". I proceeded to prepare myself for the movers arrival, only to get a call 30 minutes later from a completely different person telling me "Sir i'm so sorry but we will not be able to get to you before 12". I then voiced my displeasure and informed the lady that this was completely unacceptable as this was the time slot they offered me. To further inconvenience my family, instead of allowing me to move on and hire another company while it was still early, they chose to lie and tell me they would be here at 9 a.m. knowing it was not possible to do so. Highly frustrated, unprofessional company, stay away!
