Correspondence with this company was the first thing that attracted me to them. We were moving from Toronto to a rural area in British Columbia (6 hours from highway 1). They were always quick to reply to my emails and help with all the info I needed. The movers who picked-up our items were very thorough and packed things very carefully. They worked quickly and were friendly and helpful. Although it took longer for our things to arrive than we had anticipated (it was about 3 days instead of 1-2 days), when things arrived they were in fine condition and the movers were friendly, careful and fast. No huge surprises on the billing which was my biggest worry. I would definitely use this company again.

These people are horrible, was going to use them to move from saga to the states and they gave us one quote based off of estimated weight and we confirmed and made an agreement. Then we call to get paperwork sent and confirm pickup for tomorrow and they increased the price and estimated weight. After that we got lucky and saw an email showing a weight and price increase again at 5:50something today and when we got an email explaining why they lied and tried to say we changed the invoice. These people are scum please don’t give them your money. I found this site and read a lot of the reviews and I’m surprised they have not been shut down for illegal business tactics. Please do not give them your business or belongings unless you want to have them steal from you.

Entirely unethical company that preys on customers during the stressful and vulnerable process of moving house. Companies like this are why the Consumer Protection Act exists in Ontario, and it is shocking that this business engages in such flagrantly illegal contracting practices. Complete crooks with a business built on scamming customers. Gave one quote, I emailed to confirm, verbally confirmed a second time on the phone, then gave my credit card information to reserve the moving date. Customer "service" rep called the next morning to confirm that I understood it was billing by weight, but said absolutely nothing about a higher estimate price, then 1 minute later emailed a quote that was $1100 higher, then 5 minutes later emailed the "agreement." Told them that such practices are completely unethical, as their pattern of behaviour is to deliberately misrepresent the cost of moving with them, nor disclose detailed terms until credit card information has been obtained. For example, the fine print had a "stair fee"!!! Customer service rep couldn't explain what that really meant. Had a family friend who got hit with triple the expected price on the day of her move, being stuck in an impossible position as she needed to vacate her apartment!!! Still attempting to recover the "non-refundable" deposit fee, despite the customer service rep emailing to say it had been refunded in response to my complaints. Deliberately misrepresent their terms in order to secure credit card information, then present contract terms after the fact. Entirely unlawful practices and hopefully this business goes bankrupt in the near future.

Movers polite jut quote went from 850 to an invoice of 2150 for move from Brantford to Coldwater. Said list for quote didn't match move but upon checking list nothing was added. They need to work on their quote system. Undercut their competion's bid of 1200 only to double it upon delivery.

I moved from Regina, SK to Kingston, ON recently with Canadian System Moving company. I got a lot of quotes from a lot of companies and it was very hard to choose the right one. I spoke with Holly and Amy on the phone and they discussed the move with me and helped to relieve a lot of my stress, this was my first long distance move. The truck arrived a day earlier than I expected but luckily, I was ready to go. The men were fun, friendly and very fast. My stuff arrived when they told me it would and the price was what I expected it to be. I would definitely use them again!!!
