From start to finish, dealing with Cargo Cabbie was a very easy process, highlighted by amazing customer service and excellent pricing. I am hugely grateful and appreciative to them for all the help I received. Kate was the main person I dealt with in the office, but no matter who I had contact with, every person was friendly, and organized - they were very on top of all the details and coordination for my mid-April move. The crew lead on my moving day was Marius - he and his partner were truly fantastic! They were extremely careful with each item they handled, and were also very organized in how they loaded and unloaded everything - great attention to details! The move was extremely efficient. I have no hesitations in recommending Cargo Cabbie very highly, and giving them a well-earned 5-star rating. Their excellent service allowed for a stress-free moving day, which was handled professionally, respectfully, and with outstanding customer service. I will definitely rely on Cargo Cabbie again, and encourage you to contact them too, for your own move.

Excellent service from initial estimate, all the way through unpacking the day after the physical move. Fantastic communication from all staff members that we dealt with. Fair, and competitive prices. No surprises during packing, moving, and unpacking. The designated team leader communicated well with both us, and the moving crew. All furniture nicely wrapped for the move. Great attention to ensuring that both our furniture, and our home were looked after during the move. This company was definitely a cut above others that we have used in the past.

A terrifically satisfying moving experience. And my second time out with Cargo Cabbie. It was an in-house move: furniture disassembled and moved up and down stairs to be reassembled. Not many movers in Toronto offer this service but it is truly needed and it's appreciated that Cargo Cabbie is one of the very few that do it. Cameron and Salvador were prompt, very friendly, cautious, respectful and, simply put, pleasant, hard-working people. Job was done in less than scheduled hours, so they were fast. They even helped out with moving the odd item not on the original moving list. My wife and I are more than satisfied. CC is the only place for us, from now on.

We moved an office where Cargo Cabbie provided 2 trucks and 6 guys. They were on time, came in under the estimate and took such good care of our equipment. Jonathan (team lead for the move) did a fantastic job of making sure we were happy and went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missed. We will definitely use Cargo Cabbie again in the future.

Cargo Cabbie provided great service. They were careful and thorough with their packing and furniture removal and took extra care to ensure I was satisfied with their work and had followed all of my instructions. I would recommend this company to others looking for a moving company well guided by strong client-service values.
