These folks exceeded our expectations. They displayed their experience even in small matters: Billy did NOT pack the garage door opener to the old house, something we had not thought of. Moving is a mess, but these folks made it as painless as possible.

Family member hired them to move a 1 bedroom apartment across town, estimator gave just under a thousand for complete move. The day of the move the head mover charged over 1800 claiming the estimator was wrong on the bid and it took longer than usual because they were short a man because one called off.

We hired them after getting a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately I think their teams are hit or miss. We have moved several times recently and this ended up being our worst experience. We received an in person estimate and the actual cost ended up costing almost twice as much. It also took them twice as long as expected partially due to the weather but also they seemed to slow down a lot in the afternoon. We had several items damaged to the point of not being able to be repaired including furniture and small appliances (we aren’t talking about dings/ scratches). Maybe we just got lucky in the past but we had never had stuff broken like this before. The movers cited the brand of our furniture as their excuse for breaking it. Also, there were dirty shoe prints on some of our furniture which had clearly been used as a step stool/ ladder. The guys they sent were very nice and courteous and they seemed to know what they were doing. Not saying I wouldn’t recommend them just be aware of these things going into it.
