I had these go over this morning to pick up a coffee table and some small stools that go around it. I asked them to please take there shoes off as they were wet with snow, they said that's an issue we can't take off our shoe as WCB won't cover us if we slip and fall. I said well I'm not having you walk over my freshly cleaned carpets, do you have something you can put on your feet? no we don't have that, then the the driver says well you'll have to phone our office. I said no I didn't hire you the lady that wants the coffee table hired you, the guys says well I'll have to go call the office. Then the truck is leaving I have the office on the phone, and the guy on the phone says well my guys told you they could put drop cloths down. I said no they didn't I was never told that, the truck is now on the other side of the road, so I hang up on the office guy and run out in my bath robe yelling at the guys to come back. I have to go down stairs bring up the furniture myself, now they are backed up to my house again. The driver is now back on the phone his speaker is on, and his boss says well the guy just hung up on me he's rude, so just leave the stuff there. The driver says half the stuff is on the truck, the boss says just take it off and leave it there. I yell hey this a little old lady in a home she's paying for the coffee table to be delivered to a storage place, and there is a lady there waiting that had to drive in from out of town. The driver says ok I'll take it. I put everything out side for them, I close the door and there is a message on my phone. It's their boss leaving me a message about how he didn't appreciate me hanging up him, and they are going to leave the stuff on my driveway. They were an hour late in the first place and the attitudes were so none professional my wife and I were just flabbergasted we own many condos in the city and our home. I will never have this company move anything into any of our properties ever! a simple move and all this drama what a joke!

I was very pleased with the service from Mickey's Transfer. The men were patient and respectful to us, and careful with the furniture and the walls - not a scratch. The price was fair and reasonable, the service quick! Very satisfied.

Removed my old furniture to Extra Storage. Did a great job, very careful with the furniture and very reasonable price. I plan to hire them again in the future.

Couldn't be more disappointed with the service I had with Mickey's transfer. I had some appliances delivered. I found out later, they arrived and left 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I was told to sit and wait for 3 hours (I had taken time of work). To deliver the Washer & dryer, they removed my closet doors. They bent the closet door bracket (trying to put the doors back on) and after fiddling around with the doors for 20 minutes, left me with messed up closet doors telling me 'you'll have to fiddle with it.' Terrible service. I ended up spending an hour figuring out how they bent the bracket and fixing it myself. In hindsight, I should have rented a uHaul and picked up the appliances. It would have taken me half the time and cost me half as much.

The two guys who moved me were wonderful! Super polite and professional. When I was undecided on where my furniture should go they were patient and helped me move it around until it was right. Highly recommend.
