This is the worst experience dealing with any type of company in my life. Staff was verbally abuse toward my wife and I, while the owner stood next to his staff member. They ill handled my furniture, dropped my piano and damaged my wall. The owner was surprised when I told him this was a poor experience. I would never recommend this mover to anyone and hope this review helps you choose another mover. Please do not allow yourself to go through the same harrowing experience. Worst of all he was so overpriced that it is funny that he thinks he offers a good product. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere

I used this company as I was extremely pleased with their service 2 years ago.. this time was such a terrible experience. It took 12 hrs to move the same household, whereas the last time it took 8. I tried to contact the owner, he wouldn't return my calls. I got ahold of him a week later, and during this 45 minute call he gave me every excuse... the main one being that he had to use Canadian employees, as his out of country workers had to go back. He then told me that he would come up with a number of reimbursement for the wasted time and return it to my credit card.. it's been almost a full month now with nothing. I won't ever recommend this company again.

I used this company to move some furniture from Edmonton to Medicine Hat and they did an excellent job. The new owner was awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend this company!!
