I think the worst thing a moving company can do is promise that they'll show up at a particular time, and then the day of the move, dispatch and the moving crew are telling you that you're incorrect about the time! I had a copy of the confirmed email indicating the time the movers were to arrive to start my move this Tuesday, and they showed up an hour and a half later. I was scrambling during that time as I was scheduled to move into a brand new unit, and was told by the condo developer don't be late. Luckily by grace alone, it worked out because when I called the developer to tell her I will be at least 2 hours behind, she could hear it in my voice. I was so close to literally having a melt down. I even had to tell the storage unit I might have to come back with some of my items if I can't move all of my things. How embarrassing. Then by the end of the day, the movers were getting really grouchy as they couldn't assemble my bed. I was also promised to have the same movers that I had before. Again that didn't happen and in fact the 2 new movers I had were also upset, and told me we are clocking you, and we didn't take the bed apart. We don't think we can put it back together. The same move, ended up costing me close to double because the 2 new movers couldn't put the bed back together, and an extra hour to an hour and a half was added. I'm talking close to a grand and i'm a recurring customer. My previous move with this same company about a month and half ago, I was from the thirty ninth floor and at my new location, only twenty minutes away, moving from the same storage location to the second floor, the second floor. Literally, no one is around needing to use the one elevator at the same time i'm moving in, and I was charged double. So I realized I had to tell the movers we have to call it quits because they were struggling with assembly of my bed, and because I loaded my credit card, never thinking I would have to pay double. In fact, when I told the movers I didn't have enough on my card, one of the movers scolded me. Really? So feeling pressured with their quick retort, I had to go to an ATM and take out close to another two hundred dollars. And guess what, wait for it, I still haven't heard back from anyone, anyone, in management and I must have called 20 times to get some sort of a resolution.

A completely positive experience. The initial booking process was easy and accommodating. The crew communicated their progress before showing up on time at our office. They were both very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole move went swiftly and smoothly. This moving company is transparent, customer friendly, and definitely focused on providing great customer service on every level.

Fantastic experience - Joe and Colin were extremely professional in the way that they worked. Arrived on time, wrapped everything nicely and securely, was efficient and fast with the loading and unloading while keeping an extremely positive attitude despite the heavy workload. Both were hard workers and good people. These two went above and beyond what I expected and I would highly recommend Two Small Men With Big Hearts. We were very pleased with the service we received from the men that came. They were on time and pleasant as they did the work. It is a unpleasant job, but they we in good spirits all the time. Chris and Carmen were neat, tidy, organized and hard working. They were easy to get along with and went out of their way to cooperate with other tenants at both ends of the move. The move was quick, easy and low stress.
