From the initial quote to a follow up request to moving out and moving in day Summit really came through. Barry’s estimate was almost spot on and after he came through the first time we had him return to see the package up and clean up we had done. The crew were hard working and very professional and Noel’s direction was done in a way that showed he truly cared about doing a great job. Summits was the only company that suggested that our move be spread over two days as we were moving 350 k. What a great idea. Our crew was rested and performed so well for the move in. They wouldn’t leave until everything was where it needed to be and two issues were resolved. Highly recommend the services of Summit for a move that is professional and dependable.

We have used Summit Atlas Van Lines twice over the past 7 years.. We were very happy both times. Their staff are hard working, efficient, courteous and helpful. We had a small insurance claim which was settled quickly and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them.

We have used Summit on 3 different moves and had our stuff in storage for several months while we look for our new home. They are by far the best moving company we have used. There service from start to finish has been exceptional.I would highly recommend their team for your next move. We had different movers on all 3 different moves and everyone of them was personable, professional and took good care of our things has they brought them in.Not that I am planning on moving again anytime soon but if I had to they would be the only company I would call. Thanks so much !!! Great staff, prompt friendly and worked hard. We paid for 125 boxes but had to pick them up ourselves in lots of 30 or so - we'd pack them then ask for me - wait a few days then pick them up. Not sure why we wouldn't have those boxes available for pick up all at once. After a detailed, room by room estimate on not only price but also how may boxes and furniture, the truck that came was clearly too small for our belongings - my wife and I have moved alot said something right away - it was brushed off. By 2pm the day of loading - "ooops our truck is too small" and we need another one. Another one came and was loaded and kudos to the gentleman that came quickly and ultimately delivered our belongings - he was great. That meant we had two deliveries to take care of in our new house. However, due to packing of the trucks in the yard - we ended up with four or five - various small lots boxes (5, 7 etc.) and other items ended up on trucks that went to Calgary, Kamloops and other places other than ours! We then had to make sure we were here to accept those deliveries. Finally everything arrived about a week or so after the move in. Again, the truckers and movers were great but the logistics were horrible. We then had one TV out of our four that was broken. We did the packing of the boxes and the movers did the furniture and TV wrapping and (obviously) packed the truck. The LCD was not shattered but clearly 'squished' in the truck. When we plugged it in it was just a blurr of black and white. We put a claim through the insurance that was provided only to get a response that things break during travel - why buy the insurance then - I'd have rather paid a lower price than have the insurance in the first place (ex-insurance CEO). As I said - fantastic individuals packed at our house, transported and unloaded the other end. As for logistics/packing of the truck(s!) and the post-care customer service/insurance blow off - useless.
