Two young men arrived to conduct the move. They required a foreman or someone with logistics experience. They bickered the entire time on the proper way to conduct the move and could not work together. They moved slowly. I had hired movers to move only large furniture and as such had moved all smaller items already. There were no boxes or small items to move. The movers still took six hours at a high cost to to complete the move even though there were only large pieces to move. 2 beds, one couch, one dining room table and chairs, a cabinet, one desk, two drawers, one entertainment unit, one safe, one exercise piece, a TV and some patio furniture. That is it. I was charged an hour transport time. The move locations were 10 KM apart. The movers took 45 minutes for a lunch break, which I was charged for. I had to work on the unload the entire time to speed the process up. I carried numerous heavy items just to try and get the job completed as it was taking a ridiculously long time. All the while the movers continued to bicker. I had to unwrap and cut the blankets off all the furniture myself. My mother folded the blankets for them. I worked three hours myself on a move that I was paying for. I was charged a fuel surcharge of 10% on top of it all for a very short move. Over all it cost me over $1000 after tax and I was still hot, sore and tired as if I had moved myself. A horrible experience. On set up there are scrapes on dining room chair, dresser and chips out of my queen headboard. After I did a satisfaction survey, they wanted to know why I rated them so low, so I told them. Never heard from them again. Stay away.

Under-quoted fees to win business, then up the charges when it comes time to pay. Quoted $300-500 for 15 boxes + furniture on a 1-bedroom+den based upon an estimated 1-2 hours to load/unload + 1 hour travel. Furniture was already taken apart and everything packed up ready to move. Movers even noted that things were moving quickly, but then it took an extra 2 hours for some reason, so I was charged $750! Contacted the company to ask someone to look into this and was told it would looked into and they'd reach out to me. Haven't heard a word from them since. UPDATE: They called and left me a message. I've since called them twice and left messages both times and they've gone silent again. Stay away from this company! Terrible service!

If I could do 0 stars I would! Two moves with this company, both were terrible. The first move they overcharged and the second move they guaranteed me a 1-3pm time frame as I needed to book the elevator in my apartment building, and then didn't show up until almost 8pm!! No resolution from their team, terrible company to deal with.

Worst experience. Left half the job undone, when ever we called the operator they would tell us that the movers are on the way. Now everyone stopped answering our calls. On to of that the movers scratched our stuff and tried to blame us. Would not ever recommend this company. Don't know how they are still around. Would give a zero if possible.
