The men you sent to work with me today (April 16, 2018) were wonderful. They arrived exactly on time, were very careful with my possessions and generally nice people to deal with. They worked hard and got the job done in the amount of time that was estimated it would take. I did not pay a penny more than I was quoted. These men were worth every dollar I spent. I would gladly work with them again and would recommend your company to anyone who needs a moving service.

I booked a Saturday 9 am appointment with Two Small Men with Big Hearts. Chuck and Dave arrived exactly on time. They took excellent care of my possessions and alerted me to any existing damage before they moved anything. It was a two drop move as I had some things to go into storage. They were organized, helped me decide which drop to do first, and accomplished everything on time. The estimate I was given on how long it would take and how much it would cost was spot on. I didn't pay a cent more than I expected to. Chuck and Dave were very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fast and efficient move. Margo D

Excellent moving experience with Chris and Victor from Two Small Men with Big Hearts! They were prompt and courteous, quickly assessed the apt. and began a thorough and efficient move. This move required an additional stop for junk disposal before reaching the final destination, which they completed most efficiently. A couple of hard working guys who well deserve their monetary tip. Good on them, will use them again, highly recommended!

We purchased a couch and Love seat, and 6 LARGE Mirrors from an auction in Richmond on Saturday and the items had to be removed by 4:00 pm Sunday. I was scrambling at 4:00 on Saturday to try to find someone to move this for me. I sent an email and got a call back from Barb within 10 minutes and we made arrangements to have the drivers meet me at the location in Richmond at 9:00 am. Rich & Quincy arrived right on time. They took great care in wrapping the couch and love seat as well as the 6 LARGE mirrors that my husband somehow got, even though he only wanted one- Anyone need a beautiful brand new mirror? :) They arrived back in Port Coquitlam within minutes of my arrival there and got right to work getting everything loaded in the elevator and setup. They also took my old HEAVY couch away. Without the quick response of Barb in the office and Rick and Quincy, the whole move could have been a disaster.
