Thanks Metro Vancouver Movers; David, Mohammad and Mathew came to move my house for me today at 9am. They were on time super considerate and worked hard all the way until 5:00pm. They were very careful with all my items making sure to wrap breakables, and take extra care for the items that I hold dear. All three men were polite and very clean as well as extremely fast and hard working. I would recommend this company to my friends and family after the experience I had today. I was stressed enough with the whole moving process, but they made sure I didn’t worry. Strongly recommend this company. Shannon

This company is fantastic! The pricing is very fair and the quality of work and care was outstanding. Honestly the BEST movers and moving experience I've EVER had. The gigantic bins were great for boxes and loose annoying things like plant pots and bedding, the antique dining set and glass display cabinets were well protected with blankets and shrink wrap. The fellows themselves ( Arman and Ali) were friendly, and efficient. Over all fantastic, as I said. I HIGHLY recommend this company and have told everyone I know how great our experience was. Thank you Farshad!

Highly responsive to phone calls & emails - quick turnaround and addressed questions comprehensively. Unbeatable price. Very pleasant and responsible employees. Completed a large move in a short time. Three sets of very narrow stairs. Were creative and worked tirelessly. And having access to sturdy, stackable boxes ahead of time w/ no additional cost made all the difference. Only a positive experience - would highly recommend.

The owner is nice. But one of the staff was a bully and snapped at everyone including the building manager and the client. This is the second time we used them and had a bad experience, thought we'd give them another chance. Wont be making that mistake again. This was the second move that almost got stopped by strata because staff could not behave with diplomacy. There were two guys, one guy was nice and tried to keep the other guy calm and make the move work. I'll give him credit for his effort. He was polite and treated everyone with respect. They other guy who was the driver left out clients upset. The first day for a person in their new home should not be one where they get rude and disrespectful treatment. Not all the staff were bad. It was just one but he made it difficult for everyone. When we refer someone to our clients our reputation is on the line too. My clients happiness and customer service is important to me.

Fantastic experience. No one likes moving but these guys made it so much easier. Every individual I came in contact with (either; in person, on the phone or via email) was courteous and professional. They arrived when they said they would and they worked hard to get everything moved as quickly as possible. Shout out on the free plastic totes. They were fantastic. What a great idea...and they were complimentary!
