Can’t comment on the office staff, but I was fortunate enough to get Gary and Irish as my movers and they were absolutely fantastic. I did not expect to have such prompt and polite service. They explained the process and took their time covering my floors to ensure everything stayed clean and scuff-free. I hope they’re still around when I move again in a few years!

My local move was very smooth. From my first contact with the office to picking up boxes to the accurate quote and the entire move day. The movers are experienced and confident and got right to work. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I have never had such a positive experience as I did with Premier Van Lines. I would recommend them with confidence for either local or long distance.

When I moved, I went with Premiere Van lines as I was told that my furniture would be in an area, not mixed with any other peoples stuff: when it was delivered to my home after two years, they brought baby furniture and a few other items not mine; of course we told the driver this is not ours. I did not move in right away and being busy with work etc., I did not realize that some of my items were not delivered ; I emailed them with a list, but they said they were not there; since it was over a year, they will not compensate me ; when Premiere says your possessions are kept separately and not mixed with others it is not true, otherwise I would have all my furniture and the baby stuff would not have been at my door.

Fantastic company to deal with. Was very quick to adjust to my needs and was very punctual. All of my items remained in great condition. Reasonable costs as well. Would 100% recommend this company again!
