They packed our contents into our rented uhaul. They arrived on and worked thru until the job was done. I appreciated their business like attitudes and professional advice as they loaded the truck. Everything arrived intact, no breakage! I'd recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Had Alfredo and his companion move us from Qualicum Beach to Nelson, also brought all our belongings from Nakusp as an extra trip. They were amazing, would hire them again for sure.

Used them four times, was always happy with them, but the last time I used them I ordered a team of three to move a piano. Two showed up, conducted the whole move except for the piano. I was concerned but they said they could handle it (this was against their office policy), then they dropped it (uninsured). We then waited 40 minutes for a third guy to arrive. At the end they billed me the 3-man rate for the full move plus the 40 minute of wait time. I tried to dispute it, they would not budge. Fine, then you make it worth a lot of my time to share this with others, for a lot of years. Please don't use them if you value your property and dislike being over billed.

Trustworthy, professional and always at the ready to answer our questions. Flat rate for mainland to island move, which lowered our stress considerably. Impressed with the friendly and hard-working movers they sent.
